We will make every effort to work with you if you are unsatisfied with your order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of purchase at support@stacygarcia.com to see if your order is eligible for a return and to get a prepaid shipping label. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Customers must use our prepaid shipping label and return the item in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and restocking fees, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Items must be returned in new condition with no visible wear and tear or signs of use.  After our team reviews returned items, please allow 15 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.

We do not accept returns on specialty, customized or made to order products.  We also do not accept returns on any products that have been installed.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours to issue a claim. Any notifications or claims outside of this window may be denied.

RUG RETURNS

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and restocking fees, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. 

Requirements for returned rugs: 

  • Item(s) has been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned rugs.
  • Rug must be unused and in its original packaging. This includes all original packaging material and original factory information and paperwork. Lack of proper packing material could result in damaged product during return transit and refusal of credit request.

LIGHTING RETURNS

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and restocking fees, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. 

Requirements for lighting returns: 

  • Item(s) has been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all lighting.
  • We cannot process a return on lighting that has been installed. 
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging. This includes all original packaging material and original factory information and paperwork. Lack of proper packing material could result in damaged product during return transit and refusal of credit request.

FURNITURE

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours, to request a replacement.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale and clearance items are not returnable. 

PEEL & STICK WALLPAPER

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and restocking fees, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Wallpaper samples are final sale and nonrefundable.

Requirements for wallpaper returns: 

  • Item(s) has been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all wallpaper.
  • We cannot process a return on wallpaper that has been opened.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and unopened.
